Satbayev University and Arsen Tomsky are creating the inVision U faculty, which will provide free higher education to talented graduates from Kazakhstan and Central Asia. All students will be able to study for free, and low-income students will receive a stipend for living expenses, meals, and transportation costs.
The curriculum will cover IT, marketing and media, science, and other fields. To implement the project, an autonomous inVision U faculty will be established under the Satbayev University Project Management Institute. The education will be based on an interdisciplinary approach, project-based learning, and addressing current societal challenges.
The program is scheduled to start in September 2025. The first year will be preparatory, during which students will develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge in English, mathematics, and IT. Instruction will be conducted in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Instead of traditional lectures, inVision U focuses on practical projects and teamwork. Students will develop solutions for local and regional problems, and after graduation, they will receive support and mentorship to launch business and social initiatives, while maintaining the ability to work within their communities.
The program combines free education, mentorship, and practical training. Student support will continue after graduation through assistance in launching startups and social projects.
Applications for the Foundation Program open: September 1, 2025
Start of the Undergraduate Program: September 1, 2026.
