Rostislav Konyashkin appointed as First Deputy Minister of AI and Digital Development

Rostislav Konyashkin has been appointed as the First Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The corresponding decree was signed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2021, Rostislav Konyashkin served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee of State Services under the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2021 to 2024, he headed JSC "National Information Technologies".

In 2024-2025, he held the position of Vice Minister of Digital Development and Aerospace Industry. Since October 2025, he has worked as Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, and is now appointed as First Vice Minister.
