IT Park and IT Bilim hosted a delegation from the Japanese association JSBA, which included four companies: Rebreath, Global Future Link, Aspage, and Kajima. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize themselves with the IT sector of Uzbekistan, the business climate, and the country's human resource potential.
JSBA is one of the largest Japanese associations that unites technology companies in the country and helps them develop dynamically and establish partnerships with new markets.
Representatives of Japanese companies are interested in young and talented Uzbek specialists who can work on an outsourcing basis and significantly enhance company productivity. Additionally, the attractiveness of Uzbekistan for the Japanese delegation lies in the maximum ease of doing business, which is ensured through the digitalization of government services and support for the private sector by the government.
Special attention was given to the Zero Risk program, under which a foreign company can open its office in any region of Uzbekistan, thereby receiving tax benefits and minimizing its costs for opening and launching operations.
Having reached an agreement to start operations in the Uzbek market, Japanese companies will be able to replenish their staff with young professionals from the country and significantly reduce their operational costs.
In turn, for Uzbekistan, partnership with Japanese companies will help increase the country's presence in the Asian market, enhancing the recognition of Uzbekistan as an IT hub. In addition, a significant growth in the export of IT services to Japan and the creation of new jobs for Uzbeks are expected.
