PAŞA Bank announced the conduct of an IPO: shares will be offered to private and institutional investors.
PAŞA Bank announced the launch of its initial public offering (IPO). As part of the deal, the bank will offer investors a portion of its shares, allowing them to become shareholders and participate in the further development of the financial institution.
The subscription period for the shares will run from April 13 to May 12. The offering will take place at a fixed price of 55 manats per share. A total of more than 900,000 shares are planned to be issued. Priority in allocation will be given to individuals—applications from private investors will be satisfied first, followed by applications from legal entities.
The IPO will be an important stage in the bank's transformation. The company notes that going public aims to increase business transparency, expand the investor base, and strengthen market positions.
Both private and corporate investors will be able to purchase the shares. After the completion of the offering, the shares will be available for trading on the securities market.
PAŞA Bank also discloses the main principles of its dividend policy. The bank plans to allocate a portion of its profits to shareholder payouts, maintaining a balance between profitability and future growth. It is expected that the share of profits directed to dividends will vary depending on financial results and strategic objectives.
According to the bank, it maintains stable financial indicators, including consistent profitability, a high level of return on equity, and strong market positions. The international rating agency S&P has assigned the bank credit ratings at the "BB-/B" level.
The company emphasizes that participation in the IPO is considered a long-term investment, and the offering process itself will be a step toward further development of both the bank and the national capital market.
