At the international Plus Forum in Dushanbe, FinTech holding Oson announced the launch of its services in Tajikistan. The company signed agreements with Humo Bank, Vasl Bank, and several local FinTech startups.
During 2025 and 2026, more than $5 million will be invested in assets in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The funds are planned to be directed toward marketing, developing the local team, and social projects.
Oson previously operated in Tajikistan, where it signed its first partnership agreement with Dushanbe City Bank six years ago, enabling the launch of several B2B solutions. However, the cooperation was limited to one bank.
The new stage involves launching a full ecosystem: an e-wallet, a payment system, and several consumer services.
In Kyrgyzstan, Oson plans to open an operating company. The payment organization is already processing documents to obtain a license for launching a payment system and, for the first time in the holding's history, will launch services for working with crypto assets.
