OpenAI has introduced an online translator called ChatGPT Translate.

OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Translate — a new online service for translating text between more than 50 languages. The company promises that translations will be fast, accurate, and context-aware, setting it apart from traditional machine translators.

The service is available via web browser and supports the following features:

— automatic language detection

— translation style customization: business, conversational, and others

— voice input for text on mobile devices.

At launch, ChatGPT Translate does not yet support document, web page, or image-based text translation. However, OpenAI emphasizes translation quality that takes into account context and linguistic nuances.
