About Me
I am a business intelligence engineer who loves analytics. My work involves collecting data, creating reports, and building charts that help the company make decisions.
I work from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, depending on additional meetings with the team. The main part of the team is based in the US, which causes a significant time difference.

Where and How I Learn
I try to read constantly to accumulate knowledge that may be useful in the future. This not only helps in development but also improves communication and critical thinking skills. I don’t often take courses; perhaps I will reconsider my attitude toward them soon.
I recommend the BABOK and DMBOK books on analytics and data management.
I read a variety of books, from "Meditations" by Aurelius to "Antifragile" by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, to draw new ideas and life wisdom.

Environment
Many people in my circle are not related to IT. They work in finance, medicine, government structures, and even in agriculture.
On LinkedIn, you can find interesting people to meet and discuss shared interests. I worked for some time at the SmartPoint coworking space in Almaty, where interesting events were regularly held and creative people gathered.

How and Where I Spend My Free Time
I try to spend time in the countryside. This autumn and winter, I lived in a village for about half a year. Fresh air and physical activity gave me new energy, and I even started writing a book. I haven't decided yet whether I will publish it.
Lately, I prefer writing short posts for LinkedIn. I also love traveling. While a round-the-world trip hasn't started yet, I try to visit as many places in Kazakhstan as possible.

Where to Buy What
Sony over-ear headphones will help you focus when needed.
I recommend IT professionals to walk more. For comfortable shoes, I find them at INTERTOP.
