About Me
I work as a Scrum Master at the IT company Click, specializing in FinTech products. My main responsibility is to coordinate team efforts, help improve processes, and create conditions for effective work. It is important to me to ensure that the team adheres to Agile and Scrum methodologies, which allows us to achieve set goals on time and with high quality. I also actively interact with stakeholders to guarantee that the product meets requirements and expectations. In my role, I pay attention not only to organizational aspects but also to ensuring that the team develops and feels comfortable in their work process.
I work on a 5/2 schedule. I strive to maintain a balanced routine that allows for effective work and rest. Typically, my workday starts around 10:00 AM and ends in the evening. On certain days, I do CrossFit before work, and on others, I run after work. This helps me stay physically active and relieve stress after the workday. Since I frequently interact with the team and manage processes, it is important to find time for rest. On weekends, I prefer active leisure: I play football and sometimes go out of town to fully switch off and recharge.
Where and How I Learn
Learning is a continuous process. In IT, everything changes quickly, so I regularly update my knowledge. I usually try to find time for self-education every day, even if it is just short articles, videos, or podcasts. I often communicate with colleagues from other teams to exchange experience. This helps me stay up to date with the latest trends and improve processes within my team.
Training is mainly provided by the company, and we have excellent coaches and managers who conduct workshops and share valuable experience. They recommend useful materials and books that help deepen knowledge in management and Agile practices. Additionally, the company often invites specialized speakers whose experience has been particularly useful for our team. Such trainings and masterclasses help us not only update our knowledge but also apply new methods in our work.

Our company is usually invited to major IT events, and HR colleagues often help with organizing participation. We choose events based on their relevance to current projects, especially if they relate to Agile methodologies, project management, or FinTech innovations.
Major IT conferences are a great opportunity to learn about the latest trends and adopt the experience of leading specialists in the industry.
Environment
My environment forms naturally through work, learning, and participation in sports events. I try to surround myself with people who help me develop, exchange ideas, and inspire me to new achievements.
I communicate with people from various fields, such as marketing, sports, creativity, and entrepreneurship. This helps me broaden my horizons and gain new ideas. Such communication allows me to better understand how different areas can intersect and influence each other. Sometimes solutions coming from other fields help find non-standard approaches to project management and improving processes within the team.
Like-minded people can be found at specialized IT conferences and meetups. However, often they are already involved in work processes.

Where I Spend My Free Time
I often prefer to spend time alone. At the beginning of my free time, I clean and tidy up my space while listening to good music, which helps me feel more focused. This allows me to recharge. On days when I want to relax, I can go to yoga or manual therapy, which helps relieve tension. I also enjoy playing board games and PlayStation with friends in a relaxed atmosphere.
My main hobbies are running, traveling, plogging, watching series, and movies. I love exploring new cities and places, which gives me the opportunity to broaden my worldview and inspires me with new ideas. Participating in half-marathons keeps me in shape, allows me to take part in interesting events, and meet like-minded people. Plogging, although I don't do it very often, allows me to combine sports with caring for the environment. I also enjoy watching high-quality series and movies, which gives me the opportunity to relax and immerse myself in different stories.
