About Me
I am the leader of the mobile guild at Click. Although my official title is Head of Mobile Development, it is important to me to be a leader, not just a manager. My main goal is to create a community of mobile developers within the company where everyone respects their colleagues and feels a genuine attachment to their work.
By education, I am an information security specialist. I am also actively involved in the Web3 and DeFi industries. I love learning and developing: currently, I am deeply studying neural networks, researching various LLM models and agents.
My workday is a harmonious chaos. I work on a flexible schedule — there are advantages to this, but also pitfalls. Although flexibility is important, the main working hours are still filled with calls and active interaction with colleagues. Those who work in a similar mode will understand me: sometimes it is difficult to draw a line between work and personal life.
I enjoy learning and discovering something new, which sometimes affects my sleep and rest. There is so much interesting stuff around — Web3, neural networks, chatbots. For someone, it is optimal to work strictly from 09:00 to 18:00, but for me, this is too monotonous. My schedule may seem chaotic, but it is filled with passion and new discoveries.
Where and How I Learn
Learning is not just mastering new topics or reading another book; it is every new useful fact, every solution to a non-standard task at work that allows me to develop every day. In the IT field, there is not a single day when I do not learn something new.
My passion for learning is reflected in books, articles, webinars, and communication with colleagues from whom you can always learn something useful. Constant interest allows me not only to keep up with the latest trends but also to effectively solve current tasks.
My approach to learning is practical: I prefer to learn in the process of working, rather than diving into theory before starting practice. I believe that the best way to master something is to start doing it and learn from your own mistakes. For me, it is more important to launch a project and see it working than to achieve perfection from the first time.

For finding knowledge, I often turn to the internet. If I feel a lack of basic information, I take a book and study the necessary topic. As resources for reading, I use "Yandex Books," O'Reilly, and LitRes.
With the advent of intelligent chatbots such as ChatGPT and Claude, my approach to learning has also changed. I recommend them to everyone who wants to increase their productivity in mastering new knowledge. I can also recommend paid models of ChatGPT as an excellent assistant and companion in learning. When choosing courses, I advise paying attention to those that explain the material in accessible language and are designed for one to three months.
I attend various events, masterclasses, and trainings. If I had more time, I would go to all of them! This is a great opportunity to meet new people and enter new communities. I advise attending masterclasses not only in your main specialty but also in related fields. For example, it will be useful for frontend developers to study backend. Among events, I can recommend interesting events such as GDG Tashkent and its various events. In Russia, there are many large events, for example, Yandex conferences and Mobius.
Do not limit yourself in professional development — this is boring. Today, specialists who can do more than just one thing are in demand.
Environment
My environment mainly consists of people with whom I work today or have worked previously, as well as several people I met on my career path. There are also childhood friends, but we rarely see each other. My close ones are people who share similar values: they always strive for something new, learn, and are full of motivation.

I try not to waste time communicating with people whose life priorities differ greatly from mine. Life is too short to spend it on unnecessary meetings.
Although there are few people outside the IT sphere in my environment, I stay in touch with classmates and brothers. However, it is difficult to find like-minded people outside the world of information technology, so such contacts are not so frequent and not always deep.
To find like-minded people in IT, I first of all pay attention to people with whom I work, since this is the most accessible place to meet interesting specialists. Sometimes I manage to get to startup events, where life is always boiling and you can meet motivated innovators and entrepreneurs.
Where I Spend My Free Time
I don't have much free time due to work and study. But what I have, I try to spend with my family. My daughter loves to play with me, and it is mutual, so after work we often spend time together, doing various activities. I also love reading and traveling. A real vacation for me is a holiday when you can completely disconnect from everyday affairs and recharge with new impressions.
I do not have a hobby in the traditional sense of the word. I am interested in almost everything, and I am constantly studying something new. I used to be into photography, but at the moment I do not want to limit myself to one activity for life. It can be said that my hobby is constantly discovering something new and experimenting with different ideas and projects. This helps keep the mind in shape and allows you to always feel in motion.

Where to Buy What
I love Apple products, although I used to work as an Android developer. I appreciate their attention to detail. At the same time, I respect Google for their contribution to the development of Android. I am always with my MacBook — if it is nearby, then I am already practically at work! As a smartphone, I use Google Pixel because I prefer Android as a mobile operating system. I order most of the equipment from the USA through Amazon and other sites, delivering it to Uzbekistan using courier services.
In clothing, I like sports brands: Li-Ning, Timberland, XStep. I also appreciate local manufacturers such as JUST and Terra Pro.
