One example of such implementation is the collaboration between the MedTech company Emdeu AI and the biometric platform Biometric.Vision. The solution is used in clinics during the patient registration stage, allowing the process to be completed several times faster compared to the traditional manual format.

The application of such technologies is already noticeably accelerating processes in the medical field: the collection and processing of personal data are simplified, the time required to fill out medical and administrative documents is reduced, and the level of protection for confidential information is increased. For clinics, this means more efficient patient service, reduced workload for staff, fewer manual errors, and an improved customer journey.

Currently, Emdeu AI has implemented the solution in clinics in Almaty and Astana, with plans to scale across Kazakhstan and enter international markets. Previously, Biometric.Vision platforms were used in the financial sector, crypto industry, logistics, taxi fleets, bus fleets, HR Tech, and pawnshops. Their use in MedTech demonstrates the versatility of the technologies and the ability to apply them not only in online services but also in offline businesses with physical service points.

Experts note that the implementation of biometric AI solutions in healthcare underscores Kazakhstan's commitment to its digital development strategy. This is an important step toward improving the quality of medical services, process transparency, and the security of patients' personal data across the country.
