The Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies no longer exists: Kazakhstan has established the Ministry of AI and Digital Development

Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree on the reorganization of the state management system: the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry no longer exists.

Its functions have been transferred to the new Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, while tasks related to innovative activities have been assigned to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The government must agree on the redistribution of the staffing levels of state bodies and take all necessary measures to implement the decree. Control over its execution has been assigned to the Presidential Administration.
