Huawei introduces updated MateBook D series laptops with Intel processors

On February 11, 2022, the updated series of Huawei MateBook D laptops will go on sale in Kazakhstan. Having entered the top five best-selling laptops in Russia in 2020, the Huawei MateBook D 14/15 with AMD chips were highly rated by users for their balanced performance in various scenarios. The updated models with the improved 10th-generation Intel Core i5 processor have become even more powerful and better, retaining all the advantages of their predecessors.

Borderless Display

The laptops are equipped with IPS-matrix screens with Full HD resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Thin bezels on three sides have increased the useful screen area to almost 90%. Additionally, the laptop screens have TÜV Rheinland certifications for blue light and flicker protection, ensuring eye protection from fatigue and strain, while the matte finish further protects against glare.

Also, the MateBook D 14 can open up to almost 180°, making it convenient for both work and leisure. It is comfortable to use in any position.

Compactness Due to Lightweight and Thin Body

The body of the new models is made of strong and lightweight aluminum alloy, and the lid opens with one hand. The MateBook D 15 weighs 1.56 kg (with a body thickness of 16.9 mm), while the MateBook D 14 weighs 1.38 kg (with a body thickness of only 15.9 mm), allowing you to easily take them on trips and business trips without worrying about space in your bag or backpack.

The entire line uses Type-C charging, providing the convenience of interchangeable chargers, the ability to use it for fast charging of a smartphone, and the cable for data transfer. Pairing with other devices within the ecosystem occurs without the internet, without wires, via NFC and Bluetooth.

The fingerprint scanner built into the laptop's power button allows unlocking the system without wasting time entering a password. The hidden webcam in the body excludes unauthorized use, reliably protecting user privacy. The stereo system with voluminous sound completes the picture.

Excellent Battery Life and Performance

The MateBook D 15 is equipped with a 42 Wh battery, which provides up to 7.5 hours of video playback or work with office applications. The MateBook D 14 uses a 56 Wh battery, providing up to 13.2 hours of video playback saved on the laptop. In just 1 hour, you can charge the laptop to 70%. The new generation of MateBook D features a unique cooling system with a Shark Fin 2.0 fan. It optimizes airflow and dissipates heat, quickly and quietly cooling the laptop for uninterrupted operation.

Huawei MateBook D 14 and MateBook D 15, based on the 10th-generation Intel Core i5, provide quick response and high performance, including in multitasking modes. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics video card ensures operation with various applications.

All updated MateBook D 14 and MateBook D 15 laptops are equipped with 16 GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM and 512 GB PCIe solid-state drives, ensuring high data access speeds and fast operating system performance.
