PanDev Metrics raised $400,000 at a $5 million valuation

The round included MA7 Ventures, MOST Acceleration Fund, and Axiom Capital.

The platform solves a key market problem — making IT team work transparent: data from development tools and project management systems is collected in a single interface with analytics. Managers can see how many tasks are completed, how much time is spent, and how new tools are being adopted.

The main development direction is the AI Copilot for CTO. Currently, it is a chat where you can ask: “How many tasks did the team complete last week?” or “What is each developer’s contribution?” In the future, the Copilot will track the level of AI transformation of teams in real time, evaluate the effectiveness of tools, and provide personalized recommendations for improving processes.

The raised funds will be used to hire frontend and backend developers and data scientists to develop the AI Copilot and expand into new markets. In 2026 — Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and then the USA. Additionally, up to 20% of the budget will go to R&D for new AI solutions for development management.

PanDev already works with major regional clients, including Halyk Bank, Prosper Pay, Biometric, Platonus, Akhter Studio, Galamat Tech, Neocode, and others. According to client Nidge, using the platform reduced disputes with contractors by 20%. According to the PanDev team, automating reporting saves top managers more than 200 hours per year compared to manual preparation.

The company was founded by Artur Pan and Madiyar Bakbergenov. Artur was one of the first engineers at Kaspi Store, worked at V.Life with an audience of 1 million users, and led IT teams of up to 150 people at Umico. Madiyar has over seven years of experience in technology entrepreneurship, developed the B2B direction at CHOCO, and helped scale startups Kwaaka and Galamat Tech.
