I only recommend what I have personally tried and been satisfied with. Attractor School offers long courses, but their instructors take a thorough approach to their programs and constantly update them according to modern standards and development trends. The courses are taught by practicing developers, so the knowledge they impart is grounded in practice and experience.

First, you should take basic courses to find out if IT is for you or not. Usually, these are courses like Introduction to Programming. At this stage, the programming language doesn't matter; the main thing is to familiarize yourself with the principles and gain fundamental knowledge.
The next step is to choose a specific direction: web development, data analytics, or something else. The choices are vast, and there are many courses; the key is to choose a promising direction.
Currently, there is huge demand for AI specialists, cybersecurity experts, data analysts, UX designers, and IT project managers. I recommend the latter to everyone, regardless of their chosen specialization; study project management in parallel. It will come in handy when you work in a team.
There are many courses on the market. If you know English, I recommend Coursera, especially the PM courses from Google. In Russian, there is Geekbrains, and in Uzbek, there is Mohirdev.
Dara Tumenbaeva, founder of Doro AI, @okdara
My favorites are Udacity. But they are expensive.
