The E-KNOT app from a Kazakhstani startup is advancing at a rapid pace. E-KNOT is a social network for neighbors and a convenient platform for managing residential buildings.

Through E-KNOT, users can organize online meetings, conduct votes, accept applications and payments, and publish news for residents. E-KNOT has been downloaded more than 18,000 times, with a steady user base of over 6,000 people. They have organized more than 500 online meetings and created 100 property owner associations.

The app allows users to pay utility bills and increases transparency in decision-making on various issues in residential buildings. For convenience, E-KNOT can display data in the form of charts, track work reports, and provide updates on planned events.
