The Digital Notary service has become available in three regions

At the first stage of the project, notaries from the West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, and Pavlodar regions are involved. The service allows for the issuance of electronic notarial powers of attorney.

Residents of these three regions can issue the following types of powers of attorney online:

— to represent interests in all state bodies and other competent bodies, institutions, and enterprises of all forms of ownership in the Republic of Kazakhstan; — to manage inheritance cases; — to handle cases in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
