Kazakhstan and Tajikistan signed an agreement on the provision of space communication services

Through the resources of Kazsat-3, communication channels will be established in Tajikistan for the country's remote areas.

Joint Stock Company "Republican Center for Space Communication" (RCSK) of the Aerospace Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and LLC "Isatel" (Tajikistan) have signed an agreement for the provision of transponder capacity services of the "Kazsat-3" satellite. According to the document, communication channels will be organized in Tajikistan for the country's remote areas using the resources of the Kazakh satellite.

The agreement was signed by Vasily Leonov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "RCSK", and Umed Tagoev, Director of LLC "Isatel". LLC "Isatel" is a subsidiary of JSC "Teloradiokom", a telecommunications operator in Tajikistan. It has its own teleport and network management station in Dushanbe, providing internet access to both government agencies and private companies.
