The Kazakh DeepTech startup QazTWIN, developed by the team at KazScanService, has entered the list of the top 15 projects of the international accelerator Constructor Start and won the Audience Choice Award at the final Demo Day held at the Constructor University campus in Bremen, Germany.
The event marked the culmination of an eight-week acceleration program that brought together startups from B2B SaaS, DeepTech, and EdTech sectors. Over 3,500 projects from around the world applied for the competition, but only the top 15 teams from 11 countries advanced to the final. Participants went through an intensive program of mentoring, product refinement, business model development, and scaling strategy.
QazTWIN, a resident of Astana Hub, presented a digital twin platform for industrial facilities. The solution integrates 3D models with data streams from SCADA, IoT, ERP, and other systems, enabling industrial enterprises to gain a complete view of production processes in real time. The platform is already being implemented at energy and infrastructure facilities in Kazakhstan.
The victory in the audience vote secured the startup 10 hours of individual mentoring with Dmitry Kurin, Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Constructor University and CEO of the Constructor Start accelerator. The team plans to use this opportunity to prepare for entering international markets—including India, China, MENA countries, and South Africa—as well as for the next round of investment.
Following the success at the Demo Day, the team continues active development. The startup has completed three pilot projects, is implementing a commercial contract, and is preparing a scalable SaaS version of its platform. The next international platform will be participation in B Acceleration Week in Spain, where the startup will present its solutions to investors and corporations from Europe and Latin America.
