Kazakhstani startup Extella.ai has raised $860,000 to develop its AI business process implementation platform
Large companies need more than just providing access to a language model. AI must be integrated into real processes, internal systems, regulations, and the daily work of employees. Extella enables the creation of such processes faster, their deployment in the customer's infrastructure, and the reuse of accumulated AI modules instead of developing each solution from scratch.
Extella.ai, a platform for integrating artificial intelligence into corporate business processes, has raised $860,000 in investment. Of this amount, $500,000 was invested by venture investor Murat Abdrakhmanov at a company valuation of $40 million. The remainder of the round was funded by Anvar Bakiyev and other company shareholders.
The funds will be directed toward platform development, strengthening its on-premise version, enhancing product reliability, and converting current corporate pilots into long-term commercial contracts. A separate focus will be expanding sales in Kazakhstan and international markets.
Extella.ai is a product of the American company Chariot Technologies Lab, Inc., founded by Kazakh entrepreneurs in 2019. The company’s technical founder, Timur Ryspekov, develops technologies in high-performance computing, dynamic data processing, meta-cryptography, and modular AI systems.
The Extella.ai product was launched in late 2025 based on years of technological developments by Chariot Technologies Lab. In January 2026, Anvar Bakiyev joined the company — co-founder and former CFO of Chocofamily. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Extella.ai, overseeing product development, commercialization, and corporate client relations.

Extella.ai enables the creation of AI agents that can be connected to corporate documents, databases, CRM systems, and other internal systems. These agents can be used by individual employees or entire departments — for example, for financial analytics, handling customer inquiries, preparing reports, reviewing contracts and tender documentation, quality control, and automating repetitive tasks.
For government, quasi-government, and other organizations with heightened security requirements, Extella can be deployed in a closed network environment. In such cases, sensitive data does not leave the client’s infrastructure, and the company can use its own or locally deployed language models.
Beyond corporate AI processes, the team is testing the platform’s application for managing robots, equipment, and IoT devices. These developments demonstrate the ability to use AI agents not only for working with information and software but also for performing actions in physical systems.
