Kazakhstani startup 4sell.ai has raised $400,000 in investments
The MOST Accelerator Fund program helped us rethink our approach to growth and fundraising. We learned how to properly build relationships with investors and found an advisor who helps the team grow without unnecessary mistakes. The first impulse toward scaling came from Murat Abdrakhmanov's lecture on venture thinking in Karaganda — after it, we looked at our product in a new way and started thinking about the international market for the first time. We are grateful to Maria Zhirkova, head of Terricon Venture, for organizing this event, as well as to Astana Hub.

Startup 4sell.ai raised $400,000 at a $4 million valuation. The round included participation from MA7 Ventures, MOST Accelerator Fund, where the team previously completed an accelerator program, and Axiom Capital.
4sell.ai is an AI platform that makes service quality and customer experience measurable, founded by classmates from Karaganda — Roman Belopolsky and Konstantin Balzin.
The system operates directly on employees' devices — at cash registers, in call centers, and among waiters. The service helps businesses increase revenue through upselling growth, reduce errors thanks to real-time prompts, effectively train employees, and obtain daily, transparent analytics without mystery shoppers — for each branch and employee.
Employees receive instant bonuses for meeting standards — gamification turns service control into a system of motivation and growth.
The raised funds will be directed by the team toward accelerating implementation and platform development: a new waiter application and self-service functionality will appear, enhanced gamification, and R&D to improve speech analysis accuracy, along with a transition to edge analysis on the device.
In 2026, 4sell.ai plans to scale to 1,000 establishments, reach break-even, and prepare for entry into the US market.

Increasing the average check by just 8% can bring a chain of 50 cafes up to $1 million in additional annual revenue.
