Kazakhstani Jet Finance enters the UAE market with the Yusr product
The expansion into the UAE is a deliberate continuation of our growth strategy. We launched Yusr as a product designed to meet real market needs, where speed, transparency, and trust are key. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to demonstrate that FinTech solutions developed in Kazakhstan can scale beyond the local market and find their place in the international financial infrastructure.
FinTech company Jet Finance continues its international expansion and announces its entry into the United Arab Emirates market with a new product, Yusr, launched in Dubai in 2025.
2025 marked a stage of qualitative growth and scaling for the company: Jet Finance strengthened its positions in its home market and, by the end of the year, entered the top 9 microfinance organizations in Kazakhstan with a loan portfolio of $100 million, confirming the sustainability of its business model and management decisions.
Against the backdrop of this growth, in the summer of 2025, the company decided to enter the UAE market—one of the most competitive and dynamic in the world—with the Yusr product.
Yusr is a FinTech solution that combines two key financing directions: a car rental with purchase option model, as well as installment plans for socially and economically significant services. In addition to the automotive segment, the solution is applied in such areas as medicine, dentistry, education, veterinary services, and the beauty industry.
A significant milestone in entering the UAE market was the first public partnership event for the Yusr project in Dubai on January 26, 2026, organized jointly with Tumar Innovation Hub—an international innovation hub of Astana Hub, specializing in supporting technology companies from Central Asia when entering Middle Eastern markets—with the support of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
With over 200 partners already on the market, the meeting brought together representatives of the UAE automotive segment—car dealers, owners of dealership and service centers—and became a platform for substantive dialogue on how FinTech solutions can change established financing models in Dubai's automotive market.
During the event, the Jet Finance team and the Yusr project management presented the product, shared information about the business model and plans for scaling in the UAE, and demonstrated how technologies developed by the Kazakh company are already finding practical application in one of the most demanding markets in the world.
Tumar Innovation Hub's support included ecosystem assistance for Jet Finance's entry into the UAE market—organizing partnership meetings, providing access to industry players, and creating a platform for dialogue with representatives of the regional automotive industry.

Jet Finance's entry into the UAE market with the Yusr project is an example of how technology companies from Central Asia can successfully scale into global financial centers. Our task as Tumar Innovation Hub is to help companies build partnerships and accelerate their international growth.
The launch of Yusr in Dubai became not only a new stage for Jet Finance but also an indicator of the maturity of the Kazakh FinTech ecosystem as a whole. The company demonstrates that technological solutions developed in Kazakhstan are capable of successfully competing in international markets and transforming entire industries.
Jet Finance continues to develop Yusr in the UAE, expand its partner network, and lay the foundation for further scaling in Middle Eastern markets.
