The Kazakh startup Armeta AI, which develops artificial intelligence for automating the expertise of construction projects, has been accepted into the prestigious Alchemist Accelerator and attracted $1 million in investments from an American-Qatari venture fund.
Armeta AI is an AI-based platform that automates the process of expert evaluation and approval of construction projects — one of the most complex and labor-intensive processes for government agencies and large developers worldwide. The startup is owned by the American company Armeta Inc. and was founded by citizens of Kazakhstan — Temirlan Rakhmetzhanov, Sanzhar Rakhmetzhanov, and Nuraly Baktygaliev.
Founded in July 2025, Armeta AI already has operational offices in San Francisco, Astana, and Doha. The company's mission is to automate critical processes of government agencies and large enterprises using AI. The team chose the construction permitting system as its first area of focus — a critical link affecting the pace of infrastructure development and investment in any country.
The company develops both its own fundamental AI models and customizes open-source solutions, applying multi-agent technologies to achieve high accuracy and reliability.
Alchemist Accelerator is a leading global accelerator for B2B and DeepTech startups. Among its alumni are hundreds of companies, including numerous "unicorns" and industry leaders worldwide.
The next step for the company will be the opening of branches in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, where Armeta AI plans to develop long-term partnerships with government structures and major investment companies.
