Kazakh FinTech service PayLink accelerated system response times on Servercore resources by 6 times

Servercore, an international IT infrastructure provider, announced a partnership with PayLink, a developer of a FinTech services ecosystem. Migrating PayLink's IT infrastructure to Servercore's cloud resources in Kazakhstan improved system availability and increased response speed by six times.

PayLink is the developer of a unified payment ecosystem for companies in Kazakhstan and is successfully developing its key areas: an acquiring service for processing card payments, payment gateways for topping up mobile phone balances, gaming and other services, as well as an e-wallet. PayLink's products help companies in Kazakhstan fully organize payment processes, ensuring a high level of successful transactions.

A reliable IT infrastructure is essential for the stable operation of FinTech services. The Servercore cloud provider team helped PayLink migrate its resources to a Tier III data center in Almaty, certified under ISO 27001. The solution meets personal data protection requirements and holds PCI DSS 4.0.1 certification, confirming the security of bank card data storage.

High service availability and minimal IT infrastructure response time also play an important role when choosing a provider. Servercore's cloud servers, with an uptime of over 99.98%, ensured stable operation of PayLink's services, which allowed increasing their availability by 9% and boosting the response speed of IT systems by six times. To implement the migration, the company rented 15 virtual machines, including configurations with custom flavors, and also used an S3 storage and PaaS solutions for data storage and processing. The project infrastructure includes cloud databases Redis and PostgreSQL, as well as fault-tolerant Kubernetes clusters.

An additional benefit of the collaboration was the ability to optimize server resources, which helped reduce IT infrastructure costs. The use of configurations with the ability to select the core share allows the company to flexibly manage expenses, while servers with custom flavors allow saving up to 26% on resource costs.
