How it all began
I have long been involved in developing IT solutions, and one of the most frequent requests from businesses is for a loyalty system. Many companies want to implement bonus programs, but not all can afford custom development. We decided to create a universal solution — IBonus App — which combines the best loyalty mechanics and easily adapts to any business.

Startup launch
Before this, I was involved with other startups, but I realized that the market decides everything. So we decided to do what there is demand for, but existing solutions cannot meet business needs. Of course, we cannot yet do projects on the scale of Yandex, but we are heading in that direction! Month by month, we learn to create good startups and better understand how to do it.
At the initial stage, we studied the market and existing solutions. Most analogs were either too complex for small businesses or not flexible enough. We developed the first version, tested it with several partners, and received positive feedback. Then we began actively refining the platform and expanding its functionality.
Target audience
IBonus App is suitable for both small businesses and medium and large companies that want to build an effective loyalty system. At the moment, we already have partners using the application, and we see that it really helps them increase repeat sales.

Incubation programs
We have not yet gone through acceleration programs, but we are considering this option for scaling. The main funding comes from our own funds and reinvestment of income from other IT projects.
Difficulties
One of the main challenges is convincing businesses of the need for a high-quality loyalty program. Many entrepreneurs are used to paper cards or outdated systems. We are actively working on studying the market and demonstrating the advantages of digital bonus programs.

Achievements
We have already implemented the application with several large partners and received positive cases where companies increased customer retention by 20-30%. We developed a flexible integration system so that businesses can quickly adapt the loyalty program to their needs.
Plans
By the end of the year, we plan to expand functionality, add analytics and CRM tools for businesses, and launch a large-scale marketing campaign. In the future, we want to enter the international market and integrate IBonus App with popular payment and POS systems.
