Kazakhstani businesses are just beginning to digitalize their work processes.
More than half of the companies are dissatisfied with how internal task management is organized. In most organizations, managers discuss tasks verbally. This often leads to employees forgetting about agreements or missing deadlines.
Among the online tools that companies would like to digitize first are control over task completion and tracking of working hours. These issues have become very relevant for managers during the pandemic.
51% of companies believe that digitalizing work processes is difficult to implement. In reality, modern programs and services allow for quick and free automation of processes. Moreover, online services and programs often include all the necessary tools for work in one window — chats, task managers, video calls for meetings, and calendars.
Total digitalization is a global business trend. Kazakhstani companies that ignore it will become uncompetitive.
