About Me
I am the founder and co-founder of several business projects. Two of them represent more traditional businesses: the advertising agency Muna Media, which serves major international brands including Xiaomi, Honor, Temu, Yandex.Eats, and others, as well as a subscription-based CFO services direction where we help companies manage cash flow, balance sheets, and financial reporting. Our main project is the Azma Finance startup, which automates tax and accounting for small businesses, allowing entrepreneurs to save time on hiring an accountant or preparing reports themselves. The product works through a web application, mini-app, integrations with third-party apps, and a Telegram bot, making it accessible to both advanced users and entrepreneurs who prefer simple solutions. The main functionality includes automatic generation of all types of reports, tax calculations taking into account benefits, document management, and consulting support via chat.
About the Startup
Azma Finance automates routine accounting processes, calculates taxes considering all specific features, and integrates AI for working with reports, documents, and customer support, ensuring time and resource savings while reducing errors and risks.
We focus on entrepreneurs and work directly with them. Our website is well-indexed in Google and Yandex, attracting traffic from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, and China, where entrepreneurs actively open companies in Uzbekistan.
Promoting B2B SaaS for small businesses with affordable tariffs ranging from $35 to $100 per month requires a strategic approach. We have focused on channels where our customers are already present — large companies working with small and medium-sized businesses. As part of this strategy, we developed a white-label solution: web and mobile applications are integrated into banking and partner platforms and offered to their clients with the full functionality of the product. In the near future, the solution will be available in TBC for Business, SmartBank Agrobank, Yangi Bank, and in partnership with the Kazakh startup Partners Pay.
We also serve couriers and taxi drivers, helping them with payments, taxes, reporting, and documentation, using a 24/7 AI agent to update the database, test hypotheses, and minimize financial risks.
User activity is observed across all channels — mini-app, Telegram bot, web application. On average, about 700 people use the service weekly, of whom more than 50 pay for a subscription. Within white-label solutions, Click reaches almost 50,000 B2B clients, while banks SmartBank, Agrobank, and TBC Bank serve between two and three thousand clients. Among corporate clients, Yandex.Go uses our solution for more than 60,000 couriers and about 16,000 taxi drivers.
How the Service Works
Upon login, users are offered two options: registration or login. The service is available for both residents and foreign users. After authorization, you can connect multiple companies and maintain online accounting for each.
The main dashboard page displays key metrics, recommendations, tax data, and reports. For example, if a company is approaching VAT payer status, the system automatically notifies the user. Our AI agent is integrated into the web application and performs key functions: analyzes legal channels, searches for business benefits, displays them to the user, and recommends ways to optimize taxes.
The application also offers financial flow analytics, document control, and employee management. You can add employees with different access levels, manage roles and privileges. The system supports online signing and sending documents through external services.
Regarding billing, users can manage their tariff, connect additional services, view payment history, and configure their profile.
Our technology stack: frontend is built on React and Next.js, backend is primarily PHP, with some modules being rewritten in Python. AI agents are developed in-house for specialized tasks, although N8N and Zapper tools are also used for automation.
Regarding service connection, the user only needs to provide their first name, last name, phone number, and company TIN. The system automatically pulls company data and previous document flow, forming a ready-to-use workspace. For foreign users, registration via email is available, solving the problem with international SMS confirmations.
In terms of user experience, the service is designed for entrepreneurs, not accountants. Its goal is to fully automate tax and accounting so that business owners do not need to hire specialists. This is especially relevant in light of legislative changes: starting January 1, 2026, individual entrepreneurs will be subject to a 1% tax instead of 4%, and reporting will become simplified. Our service already takes these changes into account and is ready to automate the accounting process for all types of companies, including large ones.

Plans
We consciously do not develop a separate mobile application. In Uzbekistan, Telegram penetration is extremely high, and users do not want to install many separate applications. At the same time, superapps like Click or Yandex.Go are actively developing, and users are willing to use additional services within familiar platforms. Therefore, we have focused on integration with such services, ensuring convenience and high usage frequency: an entrepreneur does not need to regularly log into a separate application for taxes and reports, with the exception of tasks like signing invoices and issuing bills to clients, implemented within integrations.
In the future, we plan to expand the ASMA Finance ecosystem through integrations with ERP and HR systems, launching online acquiring for accepting payments from international and national cards, as well as developing products taking into account Islamic financial practices, including a B2B Buy Now, Pay Later format implemented in partnership with banks.
For beginner startups, it is important to consider the specifics of working with tech parks. To receive tax benefits and support, it is necessary to register an LLC with an activity type related to IT and startups. CyberPark offers assistance in obtaining cybersecurity certificates, interacting with government structures, and provides tax benefits until 2028. In ASMA Finance, the registration process is maximally simplified: the entrepreneur only needs to provide 3-4 documents, and specialists handle everything themselves. We strive to become an analogue of Stripe Atlas for Uzbekistan, providing a full range of services for startups.
Our five-year goal is to create a full-fledged FinTech-B2B ecosystem for entrepreneurs, where all key needs are met: accounting, taxes, payment acceptance, credit products, and business development support. At the same time, we are considering a strategy of integration with large FinTechs, banks, and e-commerce platforms, becoming a module for solving specific tasks under partner brands. The basis of development is testing several hypotheses to determine viable paths for product scaling.
Recommendations
Advice for beginner startup founders: I would recommend having as many viable hypotheses as possible. They will allow your project to develop, increase revenue, extend runway, and gradually become a significant player in the market.
