IT Park Ventures invests $100,000 in Clarity Flo, a Fleetmule project

Clarity Flo, a project by Fleetmule, has raised $100,000 to develop its AI-powered transport compliance platform. This next-generation AI platform provides comprehensive Safety & DOT Compliance services for small and medium-sized transportation companies in the United States. The platform is designed for carriers that lack in-house compliance teams and have previously relied on external consultants.

The system automatically monitors safety metrics, prevents violations, maintains and updates driver qualification files, tracks inspections and maintenance, identifies compliance gaps, and prepares companies for audits. The company was founded in 2025 by entrepreneurs of Uzbek origin, Asror Arabjanov and Sardor Tailakov, who have experience working at major American technology and logistics companies.

The $100,000 investment from IT Park Ventures will serve as a foundation for further product development, expansion of integrations, and team scaling, including hiring specialists in Uzbekistan. Other participants in the round include Astana Hub Ventures, Silkroad Innovation Hub, Silkroad Angels Club, and entrepreneur Akmal Payziev.

The investment reflects IT Park Ventures' strategy of supporting startups from Central Eurasian countries and projects created by members of the Uzbek tech diaspora.
