The IT Park Uzbekistan delegation, along with residents Detecting AI, BRB Tech, and Fleetroot, participated in the largest technology exhibition COMEX Technology Show 2025, held from September 8-11 in Muscat. The visit program included dozens of meetings with leading Omani and international companies, government bodies, and venture funds.
As a result of the trip, parties signed memorandums, agreed on opening new offices in Uzbekistan, launching pilot projects, and joint educational and accelerator programs.
Startup residents of IT Park Uzbekistan presented their solutions:
Fleetroot showcased its delivery management and IoT platform, held negotiations with Omantel and Gulf Business Solutions, and attracted interest from Omani logistics companies and Cyprus-based Metaxas.
Detecting AI presented its AI-generated content detection platform and began contract preparation with leading Omani AI company M-Tech.ai.
BRB Tech presented its "Credit Monitoring" and "Business 24/7" platforms to major Omani banks, discussed collaborations with PhazeRo and Al Jabr, and received an invitation to the GITEX exhibition.
The delegation held meetings with key players in Oman's innovation ecosystem — Omantel Innovation Labs, Ministry of Transport, Communications and IT, Oman Startup Hub, Madaar, Phaze Ventures, Jasoor Ventures, Oman Investment Authority, Golden Gate Ventures, and INFINIA. Discussions covered joint accelerators, startup exchanges, placement of Uzbek companies in free economic zones, and investments in B2B projects.
Additional outcomes of the visit included agreements on:
— opening an office of Gadoba in Uzbekistan
— launching operations of Novatelia with job creation and IT services export
— launching the medical application Cyber3S in September
— conducting educational initiatives with Knowledge Resources and Al Muheet Institute.
The visit was an important step toward integrating Uzbek IT companies into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets and reinforced Uzbekistan's status as a rapidly growing regional IT hub.
