inDrive, a global platform for transportation and urban services, is launching an express grocery delivery service called “inDrive.Groceries.” Users of inDrive can now place orders for more than 5,000 unique items, which will be delivered within 15 minutes. This was made possible through a partnership with the Kazakh startup “Ryadom,” which has been integrated into the inDrive app. The launch of this new service is an important step in the evolution of inDrive into a super app—an AI-powered ecosystem of services that offers fair choices for everyday needs.
Consumer behavior in Kazakhstan shows a clear trend: people prefer using multiple services within a single app. For instance, one in three inDrive users in the country already combines city rides with courier delivery. This trust in the brand allowed inDrive to introduce its super app capabilities in Kazakhstan for the first time.
The company has updated the interface of the app’s main screen, making it easier for users to navigate and choose from all available services. Additionally, in partnership with dark stores “Ryadom,” inDrive launched a new vertical for everyday goods delivery—“inDrive.Groceries.” The service offers groceries, farm-fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as ready-to-eat meals: from oatmeal and coffee for breakfast to manti for dinner. In total, more than 5,000 unique items are available to users in Almaty and Astana.
The pilot phase of “inDrive.Groceries” revealed high user demand for bananas, eggs, milk, bread, water, potatoes, tomatoes, and cucumbers—the staples of simple and healthy eating.

This launch marks inDrive’s first step in developing its super app in Kazakhstan, with more updates to come for users. By expanding its ecosystem of services, inDrive aims to provide greater freedom of choice and fairer conditions for its users across various aspects of life. This approach aligns with the company’s mission to combat unfairness and its global goal to positively impact the lives of one billion people by 2030.
The super app development strategy is becoming key for inDrive, especially in countries where the company holds leading positions. Kazakhstan is precisely such a country, where the company has established a strong presence and its services demonstrate steady growth in business metrics. For example, in the first half of 2025, the total number of rides increased by 7%, freight transportation by 16%, and courier delivery by 32% compared to the same period in 2024.
“inDrive.Groceries” is already available to inDrive users in Almaty and Astana, without the need for additional registration or account creation. Try it and place your order via this link.
