In Uzbekistan, the segment of Islamic finance continues to develop. The company IMAN announced the expansion of participation by entrepreneur and developer Murad Nazarov. He invested $2 million and joined the Holding's Supervisory Board.
IMAN is developing a FinTech ecosystem, offering investment and financial products that comply with AAOIFI standards. The IMANUM app allows investments in trade and commercial real estate with the option of monthly withdrawal or reinvestment of dividends.
The company is also preparing to launch a Private Equity format through its mobile application, enabling investors to invest in large private businesses—a format previously unavailable in the local market.
International participation strengthens IMAN's positions. Habibullo Ibragimov, Senior Vice President of Qatar's Lesha Bank with assets exceeding $5 billion, is also a member of the Supervisory Board. The holding has already entered the top 30 Islamic financial companies in the world and attracted investments from the venture fund 500 Global.
