About Me

I was born in Bukhara. I work as a Business Development Manager at Swift Launch.

I work in the office on a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, and on Sundays I attend offline lectures and masterclasses by top managers.

Where and How I Study

I am studying to become a Project Manager on Coursera. Every day I learn something new and practice my knowledge at work, especially with startups.

I am also studying at Coventry University in the field of "Business Management." The university provides me with key skills such as project management, business development, and financial literacy for managing a business. Thanks to the university professors, I acquire skills that I successfully apply in working with startup teams. My mentor, Steven Lin, founder of Swift Launch, also helps and teaches me a lot.

I attend a wide range of events, from Sunday lessons at Swift Launch to participation in Startup Garage, GDG, and others, which allows me to constantly broaden my horizons and professional network.

Environment

Usually, by attending various events, I make many new acquaintances, which help me form my circle of contacts.

I often work with entrepreneurs who want to develop their businesses in Uzbekistan. I am also interested in online advertising and frequently communicate with people in this field.

I attend events at Startup Choyxona, Startup Garage, GDG, and other networking events, which help me find investors, entrepreneurs, developers, and other interesting people.

Actively participate in IT-related events. Be communicative and do not be afraid of new acquaintances; these are necessary skills to find like-minded people. Swift Launch is ideal for such experience, as we have a friendly team and interesting groups of startups working on IT ideas.

Where I Spend My Free Time

I love watching movies or short series. Currently, I am watching the series "Young Sheldon" on Netflix. In addition to work and study, I enjoy spending time on evening walks around the city, especially in Seoul Mun, and I also play the violin and piano professionally.

Due to high quality and ease of use, I prefer Apple products. MacBook and iPad, which I always buy at Oscar mobile stores in Bukhara.
