Huawei and Beeline Kazakhstan have agreed to cooperate in the field of AI and cloud solutions.

Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan and Beeline Kazakhstan Holding have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing strategic partnership in the field of digitalization and implementation of modern technological solutions. The document formalizes the parties' intentions to jointly develop cloud ecosystems, AI products, big data-based solutions, as well as computing infrastructure.

Under the agreement, Huawei and Beeline plan to focus on practical use cases for artificial intelligence and computing power. Priority areas include the development of smart data centers, corporate intelligent assistants, video analytics solutions, and other digital services targeting the business and government sectors.

Huawei notes that the partnership with Beeline is built on a long-term basis and involves combining the company's global technological expertise with deep knowledge of the local market. According to Sun Yaxuan, General Director of Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan, the cooperation is aimed at supporting the country's digital agenda and creating solutions that could be in demand not only in Kazakhstan but also beyond its borders.

On behalf of Beeline Kazakhstan, it was emphasized that the telecom operator views innovation as a key factor for sustainable development. Evgeny Nastarin, President and CEO of the holding company, stated that the company aims to go beyond basic telecom services and create additional value for clients and partners through the implementation of advanced technologies.

The signing of the memorandum is a logical continuation of already implemented joint projects. In 2025, the companies tested 10G fixed internet technology in Astana, increased mobile communication speed in Almaty by 40% through Massive MIMO and network optimization, and launched a solar-powered Rural Star communication repeater in the Almaty Region. Additionally, a next-generation cloud platform, Hyper Cloud, was created in partnership with Huawei.

It is expected that the implementation of these agreements will accelerate the launch of next-generation digital services in Kazakhstan and strengthen the positions of Huawei and Beeline as key players in the technological transformation of the regional telecommunications market.
