We want to build a full pipeline in Kazakhstan. Starting from finding the most talented, ambitious young people, nurturing them, providing them with expertise — that is, turning them into world-class specialists, and then hiring them. To carry out all these operations, it is much more convenient for us to be registered in the MFSA.
We are building a funnel to hire 500 people in Kazakhstan. There are no ready-made specialists right away; they need to be nurtured first. For this, it is necessary to sponsor the education of 5,000 ambitious young students through various initiatives.
