Helio AI raised $1 million to scale its AI recruiting agent

Helio AI, an AI-powered recruiting platform founded by a team from Georgia and registered in the United States, has raised $1 million in a Seed round. The round was led by SABAH.fund, with participation from DOMiNO Ventures, Axiom, Tetrad VC, and angel investor Bass Godski. The funds raised will be used to globally scale Helio’s AI recruiting agent, expand the platform’s functionality, and transform hiring processes in fast-growing markets.

Helio AI combines an intelligent agent capable of operating in the candidate’s native language with gamified psychometric tests. The platform automates up to 70% of recruiters’ tasks, instantly ranks top candidates, and significantly increases the speed and accuracy of hiring for high-volume positions.

Previously, the company raised $350,000 in a Pre-Seed round from angel investor Teimuraz Jashi, Georgian Business Angel Network — Axel, and 500 Eurasia. These funds enabled Helio to develop its core AI technology and acquire its first clients among hundreds of international brands across seven countries.

Investors noted that Helio addresses one of the key challenges in HR: the slow, repetitive, and biased hiring process for front-office roles.

Additionally, serial angel investor Bass Godski, founder of Acrobator Ventures and early investor in companies such as decacorn MIRO and Harver, joined the round. He brings extensive experience in business scaling, marketing, and international expansion.

With new investments and the support of a global investor group, Helio AI plans to accelerate its expansion, scale its AI recruiting agent, and make the hiring process faster, fairer, and smarter for employers worldwide.
