How it all began
We encounter burnout every day. Employees, medical professionals, teachers, and students are constantly experiencing burnout. But we wanted to create an app for people who could set tasks and throw challenges. This thing turned out to be useless to anyone, we failed, and started looking for a solution to the burnout problem elsewhere. In the computer. And what do people use at the computer? Correct. Monitor, keyboard, and mouse. And we realized that it is precisely the keyboard that helps to track behavioral patterns and the level of burnout more accurately. After that, we focused on improving the learning model.
At launch, there were five of us, four of us were in Shymkent. CTO and co-founder Dimash Aitkali was in Almaty. We worked, researched markets, and communicated with companies, sitting on the summer kitchen of my parents in Shymkent. Later, we began to attract foreign friends who already had experience in startups and IT companies.

Target audience
We help companies not to lose employee efficiency by preventing burnout and show the states and capabilities of employees in real time.
We work with IT companies, financial institutions, e-commerce, and corporations.
Acceleration programs
With our first idea, we applied to the NURIS incubator, where we won and received two million tenge. Then we got into the 500 Global accelerator — one of the most prestigious accelerators in the world, where upon admission they gave us $100,000 and invested in us.

Difficulties
We try so hard to be a company that sometimes we forget that we are a startup. We forget that we can be flexible and solve problems in different ways. And before that, the problem was — to convince companies from Central Asia that they have problems and that we can solve them. As a result, we realized that we are more interesting to companies from East Asia.
Achievements
In total, we raised $565,000 in investments from international funds and angels. We have entered six countries. We work with national companies and corporations. We are already helping more than 25,000 employees and opening an AI laboratory that will study behavioral models and their application for the benefit of people.

Plans
By the end of the year, we plan to connect 10 large corporations, enter the East Asian markets, and move part of the sales and business team to South Korea and Japan.
We are also preparing several major announcements related to these countries.
