Freedom Bank is expanding its presence in Tajikistan and investing in the development of the IT sector.

An agreement on mutual understanding was signed in Dushanbe between the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency for Innovations and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Savings Bank of Tajikistan "Amonatbank", and Freedom Bank. This agreement aims to develop IT technologies and innovations, as well as to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The opening of a technology park in Tajikistan with the financial support of Freedom Bank will open up new opportunities for technological entrepreneurship in the region. Already more than 100 IT specialists from Tajikistan have undergone training under the Astana Hub program, which underscores the common interest in developing the technological potential of the region.

Freedom Bank plans to open a subsidiary bank in Tajikistan, which will allow the introduction of advanced digital financial products and services in the Tajik market. This also contributes to scaling Kazakhstan's experience in automating banking services.
