About Me
I am the CEO of Global Move. We specialize in developing mobile applications, CRM systems, chatbots, as well as tools for training and selling courses.
As CEO, I have a flexible schedule, but I dedicate a significant amount of time to important meetings with the team. During these meetings, we discuss current results, plans for the week and quarter, as well as strategic project planning.
Where and How I Learn
Currently, I am actively studying books on management and business, focusing on building a strong corporate culture, achieving success with the team, and creating effective teams. At the moment, I am reading the book "Radical Candor," which is about how to become a good leader and track employee progress.
I have also purchased several courses from local and international experts, through which I gain new knowledge and skills. I watch conference talks and constantly follow the news to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the IT field and artificial intelligence.
I recommend books and blogs from leading specialists in these fields.
Networking
Currently, I actively try to participate in networking clubs and conferences where I can meet industry experts to better understand their challenges and learn about the IT solutions they use. In my opinion, this helps me create products focused on these areas in the future. This year, I participated in ICT Week Uzbekistan, where I met many venture investors. Currently, we are negotiating with them to attract investments for our startups.

Soon, we will host a major festival for developers where you can learn new technologies, communicate with international and local specialists, and learn about the latest developments in AI/ML, web technologies, mobile development, and DevOps. The organizer of the festival is our team, GDG Tashkent. Last year, our DevFest brought together more than 3,000 developers and more than 20 foreign experts as speakers.
Previously, I communicated more with developers, but at the moment, I am working on expanding my network. I have started attending networking events more often to meet entrepreneurs from various fields, including bloggers and opinion leaders. This provides an opportunity to discuss different strategies, validate ideas, or simply get inspired.
I am also a member of the Founders Club, where we invite experts from different industries every month to learn about their successful cases that we, as entrepreneurs, can apply in our businesses. For example, how to build a sales system or create an effective marketing team.
We have been developing a large IT community — GDG Tashkent — for nine years now. This is a non-profit organization that unites IT enthusiasts, where you can learn about the latest news and technologies, as well as gain practical knowledge. Soon, we will hold GDG DevFest Tashkent — the largest IT festival, which will take place on November 23.
Where I Spend My Free Time
I am most often found in the office, but I love walking, and sometimes I work from B&B Coffee. This year, I have been attending exhibitions from various industries more often to gain a deeper understanding of specific areas and domains.

I enjoy spending time outdoors, communicating with people, and watching movies. Sometimes I play computer games, especially CS2, and recently I have become interested in chess, although I am still at a beginner level.
Where and What to Buy
I often order goods on Amazon or through other online platforms, and if something is needed urgently, I use Uzum Market.
My work setup includes two 4K monitors, a desktop computer based on Apple MacBook Pro, and a mechanical Keychron keyboard, which I recommend to everyone. I also have noise-canceling headphones, which come in handy in open-plan offices, and a Logitech MX3 mouse, which is ideal for multitasking. Recently, I have been participating in most meetings with an iPad — it is a convenient device, lightweight, and fast to work with.
