More than 1,000 participants and speakers from around the world attended Women in Tech Kyrgyzstan 2025.

On February 2, the large-scale Women in Tech Kyrgyzstan 2025 forum took place, bringing together over 1,000 offline participants and numerous viewers in a live stream on Instagram. A total of more than 1,300 people registered, highlighting the high interest in supporting women in IT and innovation.

The forum opened with official welcome speeches delivered by ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of government agencies, international organizations, and the diplomatic corps. They emphasized the importance of digital innovations, the role of the state in developing the IT sector, and the support of women in the technology field.

Key partners of the forum also delivered welcome addresses, including representatives of UN Women, the High Technologies Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, Women in Tech World, as well as regional leaders of Women in Tech from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The first thematic panel featured successful leaders of the technology sector, including founders of IT companies, heads of the banking sector, representatives of online platforms, and startups working in the field of digital innovations and the development of women's entrepreneurship.

The second thematic panel included representatives of international organizations, the financial sector, and major technology companies, discussing investment opportunities, support for women entrepreneurs, as well as promising projects and initiatives aimed at developing the IT ecosystem in Kyrgyzstan.

The third thematic panel brought together experts in mentoring, digital transformation, and technological entrepreneurship. They shared their experience in developing women's leadership, support programs, and strategies for successful entry into the IT industry.

During the forum, current trends in IT, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and women's leadership were discussed. Women in Tech Kyrgyzstan 2025 became an important platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and discovering new opportunities.
