Binance and Freedom Finance will create a unified access to crypto and traditional investments
Binance announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Freedom Finance Global PLC, aimed at exploring opportunities for commercial cooperation in the field of crypto-as-a-service — CaaS.
The agreement will combine Binance's technological infrastructure with Freedom Finance's brokerage expertise to offer clients seamless access to digital assets alongside traditional investments on a single platform.
As part of the potential collaboration, Freedom Finance has begun integrating Binance's Crypto-as-a-Service solutions into its brokerage platform, providing its customers with access to Binance's deep liquidity and institutional-grade infrastructure. This combination may allow users to trade and manage digital assets within the Binance Kazakhstan ecosystem without needing to switch to third-party services.
Sergey Lukyanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Freedom Finance Global, noted that the partnership creates conditions for implementing modern technologies, testing new products, and strengthening the company's position in the digital finance market. Nurbat Kushimov, CEO of Binance Kazakhstan, emphasized that such initiatives contribute to financial inclusion and the development of the digital asset market in Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.
Katherine Chen, Head of VIP and Institutional Clients at Binance, highlighted the growing global interest in digital assets and underscored the potential of the collaboration to scale access to cryptocurrencies for a broader audience.
The new memorandum reflects Binance's strategy to expand access to digital assets through local regulated partnerships and strengthen its position in international markets.
