Azerbaijani startup Clopos received investments from INMerge Ventures
Azerbaijani startup Clopos has secured new investments from INMerge Ventures. The deal amount remains undisclosed. The funds raised will be directed toward product development, team expansion, and accelerating regional growth.
Clopos develops technological solutions for the HoReCa sector—hotels, restaurants, and cafes. The startup currently operates in 12 countries and serves over 4,500 restaurants. The company’s cloud-based POS platform helps businesses manage operations and accelerate digital transformation.
This is not the first funding round for the startup. Previously, Clopos raised $800,000 from investors including Caucasus Ventures, Next Business Angels, SABAH.fund, SABAH.angels, and White Hill Capital.
INMerge Ventures was established in 2024 as part of the INMerge innovation summit, organized by PASHA Holding. The fund’s investment strategy focuses on startups from the Caucasus, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Middle East and North Africa. The fund’s founders include PASHA Innovations, the Agency for Innovations and Digital Development of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Investment Company, and Trendyol Group.
