Armenia is discussing AI cooperation with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral AI

The First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, Gevorg Mantashyan, made a working visit to New Delhi to participate in the international AI Impact Summit 2026, which took place from February 16 to 20.

During the visit, he held meetings with OpenAI founder and CEO Sam Altman, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, and Mistral AI co-founder and CEO Arthur Mensch. The parties discussed issues related to the development of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, the implementation of innovative technologies, and the expansion of investment cooperation.

Gevorg Mantashyan also met with the Federal Minister for Digital Transformation and Modernization of the German Government, Carsten Wildberger, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Zhaslan Madiev, and the Minister of Electronics and Information Technology of India, Ashwini Vaishnaw.

During the negotiations, opportunities for the development of digital infrastructure, the expansion of cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, and the deepening of international partnerships were discussed.
