American company Lincoln Labs Inc plans to expand in Uzbekistan

As part of its expansion in Uzbekistan, representatives of Lincoln Labs Inc met with IT Park. Julia Collins, co-founder of the company, visited several Uzbek universities and training centers to assess the level of local specialists' preparation. As a result of the visit, Lincoln Labs Inc plans to make its local office in Uzbekistan a priority when providing services to clients from the United States.

Truss Global Tas, a subsidiary of Lincoln Labs Inc, was founded in 2022 and registered in the Jizzakh region as a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan. Truss Global Tas operates under the Employer of Record model, providing international companies with hiring and HR management services. The expansion of Truss in Uzbekistan will enable local IT specialists to be directly hired by large international companies, which will positively impact the country's labor market and enhance the competitiveness of Uzbek companies in the global market.
