Amazfit has introduced a new product designed for comprehensive health tracking. The mat is intended for use with the Amazfit Balance fitness smartwatch.

The body composition analysis mat provides detailed body composition readings using bioelectrical impedance analysis technology. To do this, you need to stand on the device's stainless steel electrodes, which send safe, low-level electrical impulses through the body.

The resistance to these impulses helps calculate eight key health metrics — body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI, skeletal muscle, water content, protein level, and basal metabolic rate.
