The participation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan at GITEX EUROPE 2025 under the brand Central Asian Innovation Hubs is a strategic step highlighting the growing importance of Central Asia as an innovation center on the global technology map. This is not our first joint appearance: previously we joined forces at Eurasian Technology Week in Istanbul and Dubai AI Week, and ahead are our participation in London Tech Week and other major international forums. Such collaborations help strengthen the region's visibility, build strong partnerships, and open global markets for startups. We are presenting not just individual projects, but a unified ecosystem capable of competing on a global level.
Uzbekistan presented a wide range of technological solutions for the government, education, and corporate sectors. Among them: FIDO-BIZNES and Corporate Solutions Group — developers of software solutions for government agencies and business, Unitlab AI — an AI startup supported by Google, NVIDIA, and 500 Global, offering custom models and infrastructure, UZINFOCOM — the national integrator of digital government services, Evertech — an outsourcing team for AI and SaaS startups, EdSmart — an EdTech platform with a network of hybrid video studios, K-Tech — IoT solutions for building management and energy consumption reduction, Eskiz — a secure digital communication service, and Realsoft AI — a developer of AI solutions focused on privacy and federated learning.
Farkhod Ibragimov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IT Park Uzbekistan
Together with our partners from Kazakhstan, we are presenting the Central Asian Innovation Hubs alliance, whose goal is to create a recognizable regional brand and promote Central Asian startups on a global level. Such collaborations are already yielding results: investor interest is growing, export potential is strengthening, and Uzbekistan shows steady growth in the global StartupBlink ranking. This confirms that our course toward international integration is working.
At the GITEX EUROPE 2025 venue, a memorandum was signed between Astana Hub and KAOUN International to hold GITEX Central Asia & Caucasus x Ai Everything Kazakhstan in Astana on June 2–4, 2026. This will be the first GITEX event in Central Asia, bringing together key players from Europe, the Middle East, and the CIS, and strengthening Kazakhstan’s position as a center for digital diplomacy and IT exports in the region.
