The Manager's Conference 2026 will take place in Tashkent: the main event for managers and IT leaders
On May 16, a major event for management professionals will take place at the Al-Khwarizmi Specialized School in Tashkent. The conference will bring together over 500 specialists from the Agile, Product, and IT sectors, becoming the largest platform for knowledge exchange and networking in Central Asia.
The conference is organized jointly by three leading professional communities: Agile Uzbekistan, Product Community Uzbekistan, and IT Community of Uzbekistan. This is a fully volunteer-driven initiative aimed at creating a high-quality management platform for leaders responsible for business results, products, and teams.
Manager's Conference 2026 is targeted at managers and professionals seeking career growth. The conference will be particularly useful for C-level executives, company directors, senior managers, and department heads. The event will also attract project managers, product managers, technical leaders, delivery managers, and HR and talent management leaders.
The conference program covers the most pressing challenges of modern management. Unlike standard events that focus exclusively on frameworks, Manager's Conference emphasizes real-world solutions, case studies, and workshops. Key program areas include effective process management and achieving business results, building product-oriented companies, and driving product transformation. Special attention will be given to the impact of artificial intelligence on management practices and development, as well as the development of leadership skills, team management, and talent retention in the face of labor shortages. Experts from more than 10 countries, representing leading regional and global companies, will speak at the conference. The event will feature panel discussions on critical topics such as "AI-Assisted Development in 2026: What Really Works and What Is Hype" and "Operational Management in a VUCA and BANI World." Additionally, a dedicated Workshop Area will be organized, where participants can practice skills in planning, implementing OKRs, and managing project portfolios.
The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. Participation in Manager's Conference 2026 is free, but the number of spots is limited. To attend, pre-registration is required via the official Telegram bot.
