The first legal cryptocurrency exchange, Bitcom.tj, has launched in Tajikistan.
The platform was launched by "Service and Technology," which has become a resident of the IT Park of Tajikistan and is engaged in implementing modern technologies in the country.
The exchange operates within the legal framework of the republic and allows residents of Tajikistan to officially buy and sell cryptocurrency without using "gray" schemes. The company notes that the service is focused on safe and transparent operations with digital assets.
Bitcom supports the purchase and sale of popular cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and other assets. Users have access to operations with somoni, as well as payment via "Korti Milli" cards and international payment systems.
Among the advantages of the platform are an official license, transparent rates without hidden fees, automatic processing of requests, and support in Tajik and Russian. According to the service, the average exchange time is less than 10 minutes.
To conduct operations, users must undergo KYC identity verification. The company states that it also checks transactions in accordance with AML policy to ensure the "purity" of cryptocurrency and reduce the risk of blocks. The launch of this platform will be a step towards the development of legal crypto infrastructure in Tajikistan and strengthening the country's digital economy.
