A strategic forum Next Wealth and the regional final of the Startup World Cup will take place in Bishkek.
On May 23, 2026, Bishkek will host the strategic forum Next Wealth Forum & Startup World Cup Kyrgyzstan — one of the region's key events in the fields of innovation, venture capital, and the transformation of global markets.
The organizer is the Turkic American Angel Network (TAAN). The forum will bring together international investors, representatives of Family Offices, technology entrepreneurs, private capital leaders, and founders of fast-growing startups.
The main theme of the forum is “Playbook 1%: How the Most Influential Families in the World Manage Capital in the Age of AI.”
Today, the global financial system is undergoing massive transformation. Leading families and funds are reallocating capital from traditional instruments to Private Markets, betting on artificial intelligence, technology companies, and long-term innovative assets.
Next Wealth Forum will serve as a platform where Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia can directly engage in the global investment dialogue.
Among the key international speakers:
— Chris Berry — an entrepreneur and investor from Silicon Valley who founded and sold a company for over $1.2 billion. He advises international institutions and governments on economic technological transformation and helps startups attract global capital.
— Marvin Liao — one of the prominent experts in venture investing and AI-driven capital allocation. Chief Investment Officer of the $100 million fund Sukna Global, which has invested over $50 million in 470 startups worldwide.
As part of the forum, an investment panel titled “Private Markets: A Local Response to Global Challenges” will take place, focusing on the future of private capital and the technological sovereignty of the region.
Panel speakers:
— Shamil Ibragimov, MIT Sloan Fellow
— Zhylgyz Isabeckova, Accelerate Prosperity
— Joodar Saidilkhan, Novotel / Investment Group
— Timur Tilenov, Aitim Group.
One of the central events of the day will be the regional final of Startup World Cup — the largest international startup competition.
The top startups from Kyrgyzstan will present their projects to an international jury and investors. The winner will advance to the Grand Final of Startup World Cup in San Francisco, where they will compete for the main investment prize of $1,000,000.
The forum program includes:
— Keynote speeches by international investors
— Global panel on investments and AI
— Closed masterclass for investors
— Startup World Cup Pitch Session
— Networking with international funds and Family Offices
— Announcement of the Startup World Cup Kyrgyzstan winner.
The forum will serve as an important signal of Kyrgyzstan’s integration into the global innovation ecosystem and the formation of a new generation of private capital in Central Asia.
Next Wealth Forum is held with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
