Turkish startup egaranti, which develops digital infrastructure for product warranty services, has raised $1.1 million in a pre-Series A investment round. The company plans to accelerate its growth in Uzbekistan, expand into the markets of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, and launch a new consumer-facing app in Turkey.
egaranti was founded in 2021 by Kamil Kınacı and Sinan Peksoy. The platform enables the digitization of warranty documents, tracking of service center requests, and management of after-sales service. Consumers can store product and warranty information in a single account, while brands can manage dealer networks, integrate e-commerce, and offer additional warranties to customers.
The new investment round included institutional investors from Turkey, an insurance company, three business angels, and one of the largest corporate venture funds in Uzbekistan.
In November 2025, egaranti opened an office in Uzbekistan, marking the beginning of its business expansion into Central Asia. The company now aims to strengthen its position in the Uzbek market while simultaneously developing infrastructure in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
The company is already generating revenue from its operations in Uzbekistan and plans to scale the model it previously implemented in Turkey.
Currently, egaranti operates in more than 250 retail locations, with monthly sales of additional warranty packages exceeding 10,000. Next year, the company aims to increase the number of retail locations to over 1,000.
In Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, the startup plans to develop infrastructure in parallel rather than sequentially. The raised investments are intended as a preparatory step before a full Series A round.
Another area of development for egaranti is direct consumer engagement in Turkey. The company is preparing an app through which users will be able to purchase additional warranties and maintenance packages, as well as manage their products and warranty documents.
The company intends to transform warranty service from a standalone document into a digital service accessible to users via their smartphones.
Previously, egaranti raised funds through crowdfunding. In 2022, the company announced it had raised $2.8 million in its first round, which involved 474 investors. In January 2024, the startup announced it had raised an additional $18 million in its second round, involving 697 investors.
