MidJourney is a powerful tool for generating images based on text descriptions. Whether it’s visuals for a LinkedIn job posting or a simple image for internal communications, you can use it to create invitations for corporate events, images for educational materials, and other visual content—all while adhering to your brand style and corporate colors.
Easy-peasy.ai is a versatile assistant for HR specialists, offering hundreds of templates for various tasks: from writing job descriptions to creating case studies for assessing soft skills. The tool helps automate routine processes and significantly simplifies the work of HR professionals.
Landbot.io is an intuitive platform for creating chatbots without the need for programming. It’s an ideal tool for automating the onboarding process for new employees. The bots easily integrate with internal knowledge bases, ChatGPT, and popular messengers or company platforms, providing prompt and personalized support for newcomers.

I use AI quite frequently in my work. ChatGPT itself assists recruiters. In my opinion, asking it to write job descriptions and refine them with my input is an excellent way to create and clarify position details.
Additionally, many HRM systems have built-in AI features that help parse candidates, for example, from LinkedIn, as well as check matches and assist in searching for candidates within the system based on specified queries.
I also actively use the Tactiq AI tool, which allows for interview transcription. This is a useful tool that helps you see what was discussed and serves as a good cheat sheet for preparing feedback. These are the two areas where I use AI most actively.

At DataArt, HR uses an AI chatbot developed by our team. Our corporate AI chatbot was built from scratch. It is integrated into Microsoft Teams and connected to the knowledge base and internal portal. Our bot can:
— automatically answer standard questions
— classify and route requests to the appropriate helpdesk teams
— ask clarifying questions using templates
— synchronize ticket statuses from JSM, email, and the portal directly in Microsoft Teams
— collect feedback after resolving requests.
The chatbot already handles up to 60% of requests without human intervention, reducing the load on support and speeding up responses. For HR, this is not just an automation tool but a full-fledged part of the employee digital experience, reflecting our People First principle.

I mainly use AI, specifically ChatGPT. It greatly helps—especially in communicating with candidates and clients regarding job openings: it formats texts, making them more structured and presentable.
For example, after interviews, I take notes, but they need to be formatted before sending to the client—ChatGPT helps here: it turns drafts into clear bullet points without unnecessary fluff. I also use it to create Boolean queries when searching for candidates on LinkedIn and HeadHunter.
When preparing for qualification tests, it helps with answers and explanations.
For candidate feedback, ChatGPT formulates polite and transparent texts. I don’t spend a lot of time composing texts.
When publishing job postings, the selections from HeadHunter and LinkedIn are often insufficient. Therefore, I ask ChatGPT to compile a list of platforms where I can post vacancies in digital, media, and marketing fields. I also ask it to add a list of Telegram channels that will help simplify the search for suitable candidates.
We use tldv.io for meeting summaries—previously, this was done manually by a project manager; now everything is automated, which greatly simplifies the work.
