IT Park Ventures invested $1 million in Smartup, a cloud platform for automating and scaling businesses. The venture fund invested $1,000,000 in Smartup, a developer of digital solutions for comprehensive automation of business processes and improving operational efficiency. The platform integrates tools for managing distribution, sales, warehouse operations, and finances, creating a unified environment for business management and decision-making.
Today, Smartup solutions are used by more than 700 companies in Central Asian countries, with the number of active users exceeding 24,000—from field employees to top management. The system enables sales and inventory management, KPI tracking, and improved operational efficiency, reducing operational risks and enhancing business resilience.
The platform covers the full cycle of operational management, including sales and order processing, field team management, warehouse and inventory, finance and accounts receivable, trade marketing, logistics, production processes, product labeling, and B2B orders through digital channels. Smartup is used in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, and other industries where data transparency and operational control are critical. The company operates in the IT services sector, serves as a technological partner for businesses in their digital transformation journey, and is based in Tashkent.
IT Park Ventures' investment will be directed toward further platform development, expanding its functionality, and scaling Smartup solutions in regional markets. The deal aligns with the fund's strategy to develop digital infrastructure and strengthen Uzbekistan's venture ecosystem.
